Do you need an extract of a registration of a company? Please follow these quick steps:

1. Log in on your account in the business registr

2. Go to the section entitled “Quick Actions” and then click on ‘Search the Register’

3. Search based on the ‘company name’ or its ‘KvK number’

4. Once the company has been found click on the ‘eye’ next to the company name

5. Chose the type of extract that you desire in the “reports” tab and add this to your cart. When done you can check out by clicking on the cart appearing on top of your screen.

6. Make your payment in the portal with a credit card. Payment via a bank transfer (mentioning the reference IN number) or at our counter is also possible. If the payment was done via bank, please sent your payment confirmation, including the IN number to handelsregister@kvkbonaire.com

7. For online extract look for your extract under the “purchased document” section in your portal after you have received email confirmation that this has been dispatched.
