Strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions takes center stage during well-attended information session ‘Create Growth Through Mergers & Acquisitions’ entrepreneurs gain valuable insights.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bonaire (KvK) organized a practical information session on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in collaboration with Executive Strategy Consultancy, with the theme “Create Growth Through Mergers & Acquisitions.” The session, presented by Evert Bleijenberg MBA, focused entirely on business sales, business acquisitions, and sustainable growth.
The information session addressed the increasing need among entrepreneurs to prepare thoroughly for the future of their company. More and more companies are asking themselves questions such as: When is the right time to sell my company? How do I determine the value of my company? Can a merger or participation contribute to further growth?
During the information session, participants were provided with practical tools, strategic insights, and various aids to gain a better understanding of the salability and value of their company, as well as the opportunities and points of attention when purchasing a business. Through practical examples and market experiences, entrepreneurs were guided through the entire Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) process: from recognizing opportunities and assessing acquisition candidates to successful integration following an acquisition.

- Identifying and assessing suitable acquisition candidates

The participants responded with great enthusiasm to the content of the session.
