Third information session HR month

On Thursday, the third information session of the HR month of the Chamber of Commerce took place, with the theme of employment law. The session was hosted by Lucas Drissen, lawyer at HBN Law & Tax, and attracted a full house of approximately 50 participants.

The meeting started with an interactive digital poll in which the knowledge of the attendees about employment law was tested. This immediately ensured involvement and formed a nice prelude to the substantive discussion of current and relevant topics, such as employment contracts, flexible employment relationships, working hours and dismissal law.

The session was characterized by a high degree of interaction. Many questions were asked by the audience, which were expertly answered by Lucas Drissen. The lively discussion and the practical examples made the meeting both educational and applicable to daily HR practice.

The last session of the HR month is scheduled for Friday, May 30 and is about conducting bad news conversations. This session will again be hosted by Judith Brekelmans of Team, who already made a successful contribution earlier in the month.
