Requirement to register changes related to your company to the business register

Are you moving your company, do you have a new director, a new telephone number or do you want to add a new trade name or amend your business activities? The choices are unlimited, but the outcome is the same: all changes must be reported within 7 days of the change to the business register.

To ensure that only authorized persons are able to report changes, they are provided with an “access code”. Be aware that the access code is different from your login code and each authorized director has its own access code.
