‘Sales Techniques’ Training Inspires Entrepreneurs with Practical Insights

Kralendijk, October 31, 2025 – On Wednesday evening, October 29, the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce organized a successful edition of The Next Step, a series of training sessions within the Center for Entrepreneurship program, at Kaya Amsterdam 23. The meeting, themed ‘Sales Techniques’, attracted approximately thirty enthusiastic entrepreneurs—both program participants and other interested parties.

The session was led by business consultant Jían Magdalena, with support from marketing and sales expert Sander Regien. In the first part, attendees received a clear explanation of the sales process and the underlying principles of effective customer engagement. The second part focused on practice and interaction, with special guests Aimed Ayubi (owner of Radio Live99 FM) and Garcin Keller (owner of Gartish Tegelwerk). They shared their personal insights and experiences on building lasting customer relationships and running a successful business on Bonaire.

The participants responded enthusiastically to the combination of theory and practice. “This is one of the many sessions we organize within The Next Step,” explained Jían Magdalena. “We also invite entrepreneurs who are not yet participating to contact the Chamber of Commerce, so we can explore together how we can support them in growing their businesses.”

The Bonaire Chamber of Commerce expressed its appreciation for the efforts of Sander Regien, Aimed Ayubi, and Garcin Keller, whose contributions made the evening an inspiring success.

The ‘Sales Techniques’ training is part of The Next Step program, designed for
(semi-)advanced entrepreneurs who want to further grow their businesses. Through coaching, mentorship, and targeted information and training sessions, the program supports entrepreneurs in their professional development. The Next Step is an initiative of the Center for Entrepreneurship, a partnership between the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy (EZK), and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl).
