Second information session HR month KvK Bonaire

On Friday morning, May 16, 2025, the second information session of the HR month of the Chamber of Commerce Bonaire took place. This session, like the first, was led by Judith Brekelmans from the ‘Team’ agency and focused on the theme of performance and assessment interviews.

The meeting was attended by more than 30 participants and was characterized by a high degree of interaction. There was plenty of room for asking questions, with participants actively contributing their own practical situations. Experiences were also exchanged, which led to lively and valuable discussions.

Judith Brekelmans was able to guide the participants through the material in an accessible and expert manner, with theory and practice going hand in hand. The session was experienced as very educational and inspiring.

With these types of sessions, the HR month of the KvK Bonaire offers concrete tools for local entrepreneurs and HR professionals to strengthen and professionalize their personnel policy.
