Successful Trade Mission ‘Dutch Caribbean Meets Panama 2025’
Kralendijk February 19, 2025, The Chamber of Commerce Bonaire successfully participated in the Trade Mission ‘Dutch Caribbean Meets Panama 2025’ with the aim of promoting trade between Panama and the entire Kingdom of the Netherlands. This took place from February 12 – 14, 2025.
The Chamber of Commerce Bonaire promoted the trade mission among entrepreneurs and according to Holland House Panama, as a result more than 75 participants and over 30 organizations from Bonaire, Saba, St. Eustatius, Aruba, Curaçao and St. Maarten participated in the trade mission. Here they explored the possibilities in Panama and made valuable connections.
During the three days, the participants participated in matchmaking sessions, round table discussions and attended insightful seminars on doing business in Panama. An important theme was the role of digitalization in the modern business climate. During the matchmaking, the KvK paid several visits to, divers logistical organizations and ProPanama to gain better insight into the economic traffic of Panama.
During the various networking opportunities and informal meetings, the KvK Bonaire spoke to the various Chambers about the challenges they encounter in the field of entrepreneurship and register (Trade and UBO). Ideas, knowledge and vision were exchanged which form the basis for further cooperation and knowledge sharing within the Caribbean Kingdom.
