Successful Two-Day Training ‘How to Write a Business Plan’ by the Center for Entrepreneurship (CvO)

On March 18 and 19, the CvO, a program of the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KvK Bonaire), successfully organized a two-day training for aspiring entrepreneurs. The theme of the training was ‘How to Write a Business Plan,’ and participants were highly enthusiastic about the valuable insights and practical tools they received.

During the training, participants learned essential skills for developing a strong business plan. Topics covered included:

• Conducting a SWOT analysis to gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of their business, as well as opportunities and threats in the market.
• Completing a Business Model Canvas, a practical tool to create a clear overview of their business strategy.

The Chamber of Commerce implements the entrepreneurship program on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RvO). This program supports aspiring entrepreneurs in developing their businesses, with the goal of building a solid and viable enterprise.
