Dear Entrepreneur,

Since 2010, various schemes have been available to entrepreneurs in the Caribbean Netherlands to support them with financing and business development. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) implements these schemes on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. These schemes include: Innovation Credit, Business Financing Guarantee (GO), Growth Facility (GF), Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Guarantee (BMKB), Energy and Innovation Demonstration (DEI++), and Cyber ​​Resilience Subsidy.

However, these RVO schemes have never been evaluated for entrepreneurs in the Caribbean Netherlands. Therefore, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl), in close collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bonaire (KvK), launched a survey to investigate how entrepreneurs in the Caribbean Netherlands experience access to RVO schemes.

Together, we are trying to map how entrepreneurs experience these six schemes in terms of accessibility, applicability, effectiveness, and impact. And, of course, where improvements are needed. Therefore, your input is crucial to improving the use and efficiency of these schemes.
