Temporarily cease your business activities

You may also have to temporarily discontinue your business. In this case, your organization will no longer be engaged in your regular business activities. Your company becomes inactive but if you own a legal person (rechtspersoon) this does not cease to exist if this was not liquidated. Consequently, this company will still be required to pay the yearly contribution to the Chamber.
