𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 “𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤” 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑

The “Global Entrepreneurship week” is a week with tens of thousands of events worldwide that stimulates and inspires entrepreneurs within their own ecosystem. Organizations use this week to organize activities that reflect what happens throughout the organization during the year. The motto of the Global Entrepreneurship week this year is “Bonaire Island of Creativity & Possibility”.

As a result, the Chamber of Commerce pays special attention during the “Global Entrepreneurship week” by offering starting entrepreneurs the opportunity to participate in guidance in a new program. The Chamber of Commerce has started the “Center for Entrepreneurship”. The center ensures that entrepreneurship is even more stimulated among the local population, the entrepreneurial climate on Bonaire is improved, the network of organizations improves and that organizations that guide entrepreneurs work together better. This involves a collaboration between, among others, the Chamber of Commerce, The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Public Entity of Bonaire (OLB), Qredits and other parties. The Chamber of Commerce has received an assignment and financing for this from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. Starting entrepreneurs are personally guided in their creativity and possibilities.

In addition, the Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the fact that entrepreneurship is very popular on Bonaire given the increased interest in starting a business on Bonaire.
