The results of the survey that the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce recently published showed that entrepreneurs on Bonaire would like to receive more support and information when it comes to tax matters. To respond to this, the Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with ‘HBN Law & Tax – Bonaire’, will organize various information sessions this month where various relevant aspects of tax will be discussed.
On Friday, May 24, 2024, a EXTRA session will be held in the morning (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM) on the various levies of tax on profit and revenue. This session is mainly interesting for sole proprietorships and freelancers.
Also on Friday, May 24, 2024, a EXTRA session will be held in the afternoon (2:00 PM – 3:30 PM) on the levies of taxes on income. This session is mainly interesting for private companies (BV’s), LLC’s (NV’s) and director-shareholders (DGA’s).
On Thursday, May 23, 2024 (14:00 PM – 15:30 PM), a EXTRA session on indirect taxes for entrepreneurs and companies (wage tax and ABB) will be provided, with a number of additional points of interest in formal tax law.
