The Chamber of Commerce and Industry announces that effective January 1st, 2022 the revised BES Chambers of Commerce and Industry Act, the BES Commercial Register Act 2009, the BES Commercial Register Decree 2009 and the BES Chambers of Commerce and Industry Elections Decree will be enforced.

The rates associated with the various services concerning the Commercial Register, including the rates for the annual contribution of the organizations registered in the Commercial Register and also the rates for other tasks of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry BES, have also been amended as of 1 January 2022 as laid down in the Financial Regulation Commercial Register BES 2022 (Stcrt. Nr. 23103,  dated 7 May 2021).
