INVITATION FOR BOARD ELECTIONS KvK Bonaire, dated December 12, 2025
The Election Committee declares, pursuant to Article 12 of the Electoral Decree for the BES Chambers of Commerce and Industry, that the following candidates are eligible to fill the vacant positions on the board of the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and establishes that 9 candidates are eligible for 5 available positions on the board of the Chamber of Commerce:

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 4, of the Electoral Decree for the Chambers of Commerce and Industry BES, the Electoral Committee hereby announces that, as the number of candidates exceeds the number of board positions to be filled, a vote will be held.
On behalf of the President of the Chamber, it is hereby announced that the vote will take place on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at the Chamber of Commerce Bonaire.
- In accordance with Article 2 of the Electoral Decree for the Chambers of Commerce and Industry BES, representatives of voting-eligible companies and legal entities, with the exception of associations and foundations, are hereby called upon to cast their votes.
- Voters must present valid identification as referred to in Article 2 of the BES Compulsory Identification Act to the chairperson of the Electoral Committee, who will confirm their identity.
