How to register your company quickly and with ease

If you want to engage in business activities on Bonaire, you’re required to register your company in the business register within 7 days after starting with your commercial activities.  

Registering your company in the business register is not difficult, but it does require some of your time and attention. You must meet a number of legal requirements in order to register successfully.  The first step in this process regards the creation of an account (see our previous post). After online registration and payment, you will need to visit the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce to verify your identity. If you do not feel comfortable to register online you can also complete this form (bonairechamber.com) and submit this personally at the Chamber of Commerce for further handling.
