Invoice of the annual contribution 2022
Dear Entrepreneur or Director, We would like to draw your attention to the following:
Withing short you will find the invoice of the 2022 annual contribution for the Bonaire Chamber of Commerce in the new digital portal of the Business Register. Entrepreneurs who have not yet created an online account in that portal will receive the invoice by mail at the email address we have on record.
As you know, this contribution is required by law for every company or organization that is registered in the Bonaire Business Register. Probably you will find a different amount on the invoice than you are used to, because the relevant laws and regulations changed on January 1st, 2022. This change entailed that the invested capital is no longer leading, but the annual contribution amount is dependent of the legal form of the organization. As of April 30, 2022, the rates have been lowered by the Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Change in response to all the reactions received from entrepreneurs and intervention by the KvK Bonaire.
