THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE LOOKS BACK AT A SUCCESSFUL WORKSHOP
The Chamber of Commerce held the “Make your business unshakable in 2023” workshop for managers and executives on February 1st for as many as 45 interested managers. In the workshop conducted by Ki Connect, participants were given several tools to identify their qualities as resilient leaders. They can align these with their company’s goals and thus also re-energize them.
Together with the trainers, participants worked on their own “growth book”. Topics such as ‘Purposeful Hierarchy’ and ‘Flow Anchors’ (recognizing your own emotions) were reviewed. These are very useful tools that can be applied immediately. The enthusiastic reactions of the participants and their appreciation towards the trainers confirm that this was a very useful workshop that is definitely worth repeating.
The Chamber of Commerce is very satisfied with this workshop and will continue its efforts to organize sessions that add value for all types of companies and organizations registered in the Business Register.
